Junge Control, Inc. took a "system" approach when designing the Fuel Manager. We looked at your most important issues, and implemented the solutions into the Fuel Manager. The below features are only found in the Junge Fuel Manager.
-Touch screen entry for Operator ID.
-Pre-programmed "in compartment" sizes for each truck.
-Touch screen shows the actual product name. Others in the industry list the product name by a code you have to memorize.
-Driver can choose which tank to receive product from.
-Power is sent to only the pumps and valves that were selected.
-There are three blend methods: auto injection/continuous, auto sequential splash blend, and auto simultaneous splash blend.
-There are auto fill presets by truck or compartment.
-Auto additive injections are available, such as: winter additives, dyes, and microbicides.
-Reporting can be generated through: live real time ethernet, data stick, writable cd, or dial-up.
Features vitally important to your bottom line:
-The number of tanks, products, and mixes is unlimited. Others require second unit installations.
-Auto calculation of mixes (biodiesel or Gasohol/E-85) is made by Junge Fuel Manager. Five common blends are available at any time.
-The ticket printed for the driver includes: date/time, operator number, truck number, compartment number, single transaction number per visit, gallons of each product used, and quantity of each additive used.
-The ticket also includes: percentage of blend, gallons of each blend made, and gallons with additives added.
Why are these features so important? They allow your drivers to quickly, accurately record the fuel transactions. Since the system is so easy, they will not fight it. They will view the system as simple and will be able to complete more loads in a day. You will receive accurate, up to date records to run your business on a day to day basis.
