This system accurately measures liquids by weight, compensating for changing product density. By utilizing a single scale system, as many as twenty-five products can be sequencially dispensed with unbelievable precision. It is easy to calibrate, self-cleaning, and is NTEP legal for trade scale system. The Chem Way System is the only system in the industry that has its load sensors suspended from a sturdy frame. The competitor's system has load sensors near the ground. This causes problems as the load sensor is damaged by water, liquids, rodents, etc.
Where Can It Be Used?
It can be used with large storage tanks, 12V DC mini bulk tanks, pressurized kegs, dry bulk bags, and liquid or dry jugs.
What Products Can Be Weighed?

What Is The Accuracy Level?

Core Product #2: Control Panels
Automated control panels are like a remote control for your blending system. They automatically, semi-automatically, or manually remote operate all mechanical functions of your blending system. Weighing or metering of products can be legally monitored and recorded. All control panels have manual switches for back-up if automation is not operating for any reason. All panels have a universal cable connections for easy replacement or future upgrades. With over 30 standard control panels, we are sure to have one for your operation.
Core Product #3: Solenoid Box
One of the main functions of the solenoid box is to control the opening and closing of valves, which determines how much product is allowed into the measuring system. It is the junction box for air lines, electrical lines, and auxiliary components. Standard wiring diagrams are inside the lid for easy installation and trouble shooting. A standard test lamp is very accessible for quick diagnose of potential problems. Our solenoid boxes are the only boxes in the industry that have an individual exhaust system that allow the operator to quickly find and fix a problem.
Core Product #4: Flow Meters
Flow meters accurately measure how much liquid is flowing through a pipe. We offer a full line of flow meter options. From the top of the line Micro Motion Mass Flow Meter to the least expensive yet reliable Signet Paddle Wheel. Two of our most popular software programs are Junge Plant Operator and JungeDispatcher Software. Both software programs play an important role in fully utilizing the core ag products.
Junge Plant Operator is used for effectively running control panels. The main features of this software are: recording and printing of actual amounts dispensed, easy weight per gallon conversions, and automatic free fall compensations. This software can run from the standard personal computer and has been built on the Microsoft Windows Platform. New for 2008 is a stand alone touch screen (19" and larger) for easy simple picking or entering of simple batching processes.
Junge Dispatcher is the key software to organize your business. Operators of equipment and accounting personnel will find this software very easy to use and will appreciate the accountability features. This software offers security, accountability, accurate inventory, history of exact product usage, and attention to the use of the ACTUALS for data. The software records shortage, resize, load selection, truck number, valve id, notes on printouts, mix time, blend sequence, etc.
Using Junge Dispatcher software at the front end to blend and then exporting the actual blend information to your accounting system provides the ultimate in maximizing the data and people flow in your operation. Dispatcher can also, import batching information from your blend or account software. This is particularily useful when the people flow in your operation has others taking orders remote from the mix facility. The data flow is then automatic to the operator who is then just picking the proper load when needed.
Junge BOL and Junge Batch Stack are two other software programs we offer. BOL is used for setting up authorized truck loads for remote pickup using our Junge 'Round the Clock Assistant. Batch Stack allows the operator of a blend facility to stack numerous loads in sequential order for the control panels to make automatically.

'Round the Clock Assistant
This is a simple way for the trucker and the accountant to do their job! The truck driver has three easy steps to follow: drive the truck in to be filled, go up to the touch screen, and select a blending option. Once these steps have been completed, the product will be filled into the truck. The truck driver will have a record of the transaction with a ticket that is printed out. The accountant has reports that can be made and it will completely interface with accounting. The 'Round the Clock Assistant can make straight, simple, or complex blends. The id of the truck driver can either be no password, employee i.d., or the bill of lading. The 'Round the Clock Assistant uses our core ag products: a flow meter, control panel, solenoid, Junge Plant Operator Software, and Junge BOL Software.
